  • What a gem of a museum. Fantastic exhibits, especially the many vehicles manufactured (sadly no longer) in Scotland eg Albion, Argyll, Arrol-Johnston
  • What a surprise find in Alford! So well stocked with vehicles from every period and such a lot to do for young and old alike. My 8 year old loved the driving lessons in the grounds!
  • Fantastic small motor museum with lots for all of the family. Good value, although the cafe wasn't cheap. If you are fortunate enough to go on one of their track days you will get to ride the circuit ...  more »

  • Lots to do & a fun day out. X
  • Great place especially if your a petrolhead. Something for everyone.
  • Well run, packed with exhibits and definately worth a look see
  • Adult ticket overpriced for what is on show £5.00 would be nearer the mark. We did not appreciate in the least the pushy volunteers jumping in and rudely interrupting reading of information on the exhibits and discussion s with friends on the technical aspects of the displays....
  • I took my 3 boys to The Alford Transport museum in April 2013 and there was still snow on the ground. We had a fun time - the boys love Thomas the Tank Engine so were very happy. They have a fun park to stop off at too. Think it would be even better in summer time.
