  • My daughter loves it, we spend all day there, which makes it worth the money and usually eat there too. Restaurant is ok, quite expensive but food is alright, a good variety. The play area is big, the...  read more »
  • Massively overpriced, unclean, play area with a fenced off area for littler children. Chairs get taken by adults leaving their coats and shoes which can be irritating, especially as adults pay for entry but don't get seats. Prices increase as children get older and for peak times which is reasonable but adults pay to get in. That seems money grabbing to me and totally unreasonable. Penalizing families by making it more expensive for both parents to go? I've dropped 2 stars for the pricing structure
  • I have spent atleast 1 month of my life in soft play areas. Generally I'm looking for: good value for money, quality food, good customer service and cleanliness. Sadly snakes and ladders fulfilled none of the above. Two adults, two children....SEVENTEEN POUNDS, tempted though I was to play on the slide and bridges, I wasn't allowed; so I was clearly paying £8.50 per child. Lunchtime had snuck upon us and despite not really wanting to spend anymore money, we also didn't want to leave having spent so much already (catch22). We bought a children's spaghetti bolognese £4.60, medium portion of chips £2.00 & a meal box £4.00 (yogurt tube, drink carton, crisps, small raisin box and a half sandwich). None of the above was outstanding, none of it was awful either. I noticed later the website states "Kids meals come with or without French fries", I wasn't offered this and confirmed it was a child's meal. The coffees were good, but they came from a self-service machine and cost £2.40 a pop. When I went to order the food I was given a buzzer, when it went off I could come and collect my food. I'd like to think perhaps the staff were too busy cleaning the place to bring the food 20 feet to the farthest table, but sadly they were outside smoking. The cleanliness was pretty disgraceful, I took a photo of some sort of beetle / cockroach next to the table leg, which sadly I spotted after eating (bleurgh), dust and cobwebs could be seen all over the older children's play equipment from the seating area. The younger children's play area was pretty clean, I'm pleased to say. To further fleece the last pennies from the captive audience there was a variety of children's rides you could pay for, we didn't try any of these out. I appreciate businesses need to come up with a profitable model, but this one needs some serious adjusting, clean your equipment and eating area, serve your customers and generally treat people like people not purses.
  • Incredibly expensive, but the kids live it. Could do with a deep clean of all the play equipment. At least there is free WiFi for grown ups while you chill. ;-)
  • Could be much better. Very dirty and unhappy staff.
  • Great place to exercise small children!
