  • A former prison in the centre of Aberdeen, this marvellous attraction is a must-see! Free admission, friendly and knowledgeable staff and an excellent wee guide book for £3. A great insight into crime...  more »
  • This is a free museum with a few stories of those who had been incarcerated here. It is quite small and doesn't take long to visit.  more »

  • Awesome place ! You can spend 10 or 30 minutes, it's up to you and that's what I like. There are creepy stuff but that's what I wanted to see there.
  • Great fun, free. Stone spiral staircases burrow through this fascinating collection of crime and punishment related artefacts from the distant Aberdonian past.
  • Lovely little museum showing the history of the jail. It's free and takes about 30 minutes. You need to be willing to walk up and down lots a spiral staircases. You have been warned! ☺
