  • I hope this is the worst Medical practice or health related place in the UK or the world. Otherwise we are really going straight to hell. The receptionists are extremely rude, abrupt, disrespectful and very unhelpful. If you ask them gently to repeat something they give you an annoyed face. They treat you as crap without any reason, is like they enjoy abusing from the power(?) they have thereā€¦ I can't understand why to be honest. Furthermore, their ignorance is supreme, they asked you where you come from, and they don't know even the names of the main countries in Europe. If you have the chance, go anywhere else, no place can be worse than this.
  • Awful place. Most of the doctors are very nice, but the receptionists are extremely condescending, rude and abrupt. You can hear them gossiping and laughing about the patients in the records room. I tried to report this to the practice manager, but found it almost impossible to reach her. They seem to know there are no consequences for their behaviour. I think you have to be somewhat compassionate to do this job effectively. No doubt they would blame it on the "difficult" patients but I have witnessed people walking up to the desk on numerous occasions and being humiliated and grilled aggressively for no apparent reason. They seem to enjoy making people jump through hoops, and they abusive the power they have over patients. I understand working with the public can be difficult, but some of these women seem to enjoy making people anxious and causing them unnecessary suffering when they already feel pretty ill and miserable. I hope steps are taken to improve this. I actually dread going there now.
  • I thot this doctors were nice until my mum came home from her appointment really upset she said the doctor she saw was really rude to her they get paid to do there job and help people not to upset them and make there patients feel bad
  • I've been registered here for 11 years. Some of the doctors I like better than others, but I've always been treated very well by the reception staff, so I don't understand the negative reviews here on that. Most of my experiences here have been very good and wait times usually aren't that bad either.
  • Excellent service. Really quick to get back to you on the phone and waiting times are never too long.
