Garden Nature / Park
Johnston Gardens is a small public garden in Aberdeen, Scotland. The garden has won the Britain in Bloom competition many times (like the city itself which won the city in bloom category nine years straight before being banned to give another city a chance). The gardens are full with flowers and shrubbery which sole purpose is for aesthetics. This is a very popular place for wedding photographs to be taken.

  • Johnston Gardens is such a beautiful and secluded park, tucked away from the busy jostling and bustling of the Granite City. This was once home to one of the Aberdeen dolphins, part of the dolphin trail by the Archie Foundation. Definitely worth a visit. Take a book and be transported away...
  • Excellent park. Lots of greenery, lovely paths. Perfect for a nice walk. There is a car parking lot right in front of the park.
  • A beautiful little park, which is an utter oasis away from the offices of Rubislaw and Anderson Drive. Never really gets busy, despite the sunshine and is very peaceful and tranquil.
  • Beautiful little park in a nice part of town. Great for kids as you can see the whole park from a number of places. You get to see them so you have peace of mind and they get to run around. Good for dogs too. Lots of ducks to feed and you can stick to the fully paved pathway if you like.
  • Beautiful little gardens. A nice place to spend some time.
