Johnston Gardens is a small public garden in Aberdeen, Scotland. The garden has won the Britain in Bloom competition many times (like the city itself which won the city in bloom category nine years straight before being banned to give another city a chance). The gardens are full with flowers and shrubbery which sole purpose is for aesthetics. • Beautiful little park in a nice part of town. Great for kids as you can see the whole park from a number of places. You get to see them so you have peace of mind and they get to run around. Good for dogs too. Lots of ducks to feed and you can stick to the fully paved pathway if you like.
  • These hidden away gardens are beautiful. What they lack in size they make up for in planning and utilising space. With a meandering walk around a pond over bridges and up and down stairs (there are disabled friendly paths) you get the sense that you are descovering hidden areas. There is a playpark at one end, toilets and a car park making these gardens great for all visitors. It is well worth a visit.
  • Nice small quiet gardens open in daylight hour's
  • Lovely at any time of year but especially good in autumn with rich ruby red leaves on the acer trees.
  • Beautiful gardens! Lovely place to feed the ducks, even a resident cat that is friendly!
