  • Visited abbotsbury children farm last week with my child and a friend with her two children. We found our visit very disappointing. It was ridiculously expensive for a day out as there actually wasn't...  more »
  • We have children at 7, 4 and 2 years and all three of them plus the parents and grandparents love this place!!! The kids stroked the small selection of animals, played with and fed guinea pigs and rod...  more »
  • My first thought was that the village car park we had to use seemed expensive, and was a cost we weren't expecting. As a play area the farm excelled, and my nephews enjoyed the different activities. A...  more »

  • Very impressed - lots of play opportunities for a wide range of ages. Educational, fun and lots of space. Good range of animals - all looked well cared for. We had great fun feeding guineas with a 2 year old once we got there! This is a good half days outing. Cafe has a good selection of family foods and snacks.
  • Hilarious the poor reviews on here. Lovely place with enough to keep kids interested for a few hours. Food was quite pleasant and came quickly. Beautiful setting that even has some historically interesting stuff for adults. Booked in advance and felt it was good value for money. Would recommend.
  • It's in a nice setting but just costs to much for adults and £3 for a horse ride which lasts for about 90 seconds and £1 ago for a 3 minute remote control boat. The indoor play is dark food is expensive. We have a similar place by where we live and its free for adults as it's all for the kids. On the up side there are some nice well looked after animals so well done to the staff to that.
  • Is quite small but it kept our kids entertained all day. Well kept, knowledgeable staff and nice coffee. The stars of the show however were the owls. The flying demos and the participation level for kids AND the adults was worth the entrance fee on its own. Fantastic.
  • Okay for little children below 10 years. Good indoor play area. Can be really cold in there tho. Nice animals
