I visited the zoo on sept 15 mid day, and since i could go only till the lions enclosure as my child was not well to go out in the sun, so limited review.
Very nice staff nit a big choice of animals but I think they are working on expansion I like the option of renting a golf car and the pgoto session with the baby monkey It allows near encounter with animals
Very nice people with friendly support... But we saw better zoos... Especially the Zoo in Gelsenkirchen (Germany) should be a best practice...
This is a very new Zoo in Ras Al Khaimah still under finishing when I visited on May 2015. You can find some very rare animals like White Lion, White tiger, Panther etc apart from common inmates of any zoo. Considering the limited area, exibits are pretty well arranged. Kids will enjoy. Currently sandy cages, which will be soon grass carpeted and will be much better to see.
Awsome and best zoo in Uae
