  • Is a small site, but the lives of local people's lives and work, schools or entertainment, is shown also. And in the Fort can climb is pretty views from here.

  • The site exceeded our expectations. It gives the visitors true colour and picture of a traditional Emarati village. We enjoyed our day-trip more than we ever expected.
  • Actually very lovingly created museum village. All the houses have been restored and there are scenes from the everyday life of ancient times. The dolls are slightly creepy and everything looks a bit sterile. You have not the feeling in a really old village on the way to be. All rooms are air-conditioned complex. Although there are usually only a few visitors. After a while one has become accustomed to the environment and it is very interesting to the part. Too costly to drive extra from Dubai there. If it is worth a visit in the vicinity.

  • Pretty well maintained, its an experience to see how Emirates used to live before in such simple organized way. Not too big in size.
  • Good place to learn history and culture of UAE
  • You will have a chance to learn about tradition and culture of UAE
  • Here we can get a clear picture of the Traditional culture & style of UAE.
  • It's a good place to go to see how old arabic villages used to be - with well reconstructed houses and some brief descriptions of how people lived. The TV screen information panels could do with being fixed though as they would add to the experience.
