Safa Park, Dubai
(3.9/5 based on 190+ reviews on the web)
Head to Safa Park to enjoy a bit of welcome relief from the bustle of downtown. Set over an area of 64 hectares (158 acres), the urban green space contains three lakes and many native trees and plants, which in turn support over 200 species of birds. Well-maintained lawns lead up to a hilltop panorama, offering a good perspective on the downtown development and all those skyscrapers. For a particularly peaceful experience, rent a row boat and ease your way out onto the largest lake. Put Safa Park on your schedule, and learn what else deserves a visit by using our Dubai vacation trip planner.

  • This park is not ready yet, there are constructions all the place and it is very difficult to access even though it is near major highways
  • We strolled in this large park or there is only one entry on the actual street. Entry 3 aed. The Park is difficult to access because the nearest subway is 'business bay' and buses arriving in the vicinity are 12, 15, 93, F20. But we must add a bit of market. 6 months can be on of the work will be completed that the municipality will better serve this park. The channel between the sea and business bay is over and under water. The Park is in finishing with a beautiful future waterfall and a lake. From here it will be nice to stroll in the Park and along the canal

  • Dear readers, I'm living since the past 30 years here and the Safa park was like taking a break from the busy life we all have. Kids played, and we use to do boat rides, run, laugh, eat, have fun at t...  more »

  • Came here as it was a good location for bird watching. Well we were able to see the bird pond off in the distance in the middle of the construction zone. They are extending Dubai Creek so removing some of Safa park for this project. I hope that the bird pond will remain untouched during this project and after completion. We were able to see some great birds and even 12-15 turtles on the edge of the pond - but you would need to bring your binoculars to see them. The maps at the front entrance should be updated to show where the construction is located.
  • now because of canal passage through middle of park, this park is not usable!:(
  • The best park in Dubai! It's so enjoyable as you can feed the ducks in the pond while having a cruise with a small boat, several BBQ spots..
