  • This year visited the Emirates three times. Were everywhere. But what impressed the reality is that in the midst of all this movement, the monolith and Sands-is such a miracle. Admire, really is! Pink beauties plus you can feed. Thanks again Lenochke from Shang Tours-a great counselor! Advise from the soul!

  • The taxi driver didn't know where to go. He dropped us at the wrong hide then shot through. We flagged down another taxi on the highway. Gave him directions to the flamingo hide. He wanted to argue th...  more »

  • If you like wildlife in your face and have a love of birds, hopefully this is the place for you. Many species to see with eagles overhead, numerous species of migratory shorebirds and of course the spectacular flamingos. Don't go too late as they lock up just before 5.30pm. Feeding time is about 4pm and well worth watching.
  • This is a great spot to visit if you are looking for some peace and nature in the middle of a giant busy city. There are hundreds of Flamingos which are fun to see and watch from the observatory room. However, you NEED a car to come here. No bus stop and taxi drivers have no idea what you are talking about when you try to get picked up. Its just off an extremely busy road so taxis on the road can't really stop.
  • The animals here are so great. there are beautiful! God bless you 😇 😇 -James Domingo
  • One of the best place to just have stillness in the middle of a bustling metropolis. A good spot to see wild birds and flamingos. Also, one of the best cheap dates option. Best time to visit here would be during the cold months.
  • It's nice to go in winter time

Where to stay in Dubai

Dubai is a city of hotels, with most of the world's leading chains represented. Rooms remain expensive and luxurious, as most establishments cater to visitors with deeper pockets. You can still save money on accommodations if you look hard enough. Move away from the coast for more affordable backpacker hostels and self-service apartments, as well as less expensive hotel rooms where a lack of luxurious amenities and less appealing views keep rates suited to budget travelers.
