Meena Bazaar, Dubai

(3.7/5 based on 650+ reviews on the web)
Tear yourself away from the glitzy modernity of the downtown area and experience a more traditional shopping experience at Meena Bazaar, a market offering goods from across the Middle East and South Asia. Travel down the winding side streets to explore the full range of stalls, and look for Pakistani stores with traditional clothing, Iranian spice stalls, and "ten dirham" shops selling affordable electronics and homeware. Make sure to haggle so as to get a good price for what you find. To visit Meena Bazaar on your holiday in Dubai, and find out what else Dubai has to offer, use our Dubai trip generator.

  • Amazing place for buying ethnic cloths and jewellery! It's very vibrant and bustling with activity. Once can buy everything here from cloths to perfumes to electronics to handbags and shoes. There r many small and interesting places to eat if u have the stomuch for it. One can also buy local souvenirs, dried fruits and chocolates. Word or warning.... its very crowded and you shld be prepared to bargain to get the beat deals.
  • You will never feel that you are in Dubai, when you are around here. Its totally occupided by Indians, especially Sindhis from India. There are also few Sindhis from Pakistan as well. A really crowded place. Great for cheap shopping. There is literally nothing, that you can't get in Meena Bazaar, from dresses to foot wear to sweets, electronics etc... Good place for last minute shopping. Rents are slightly expensive, if you love serenity this is definitely not the place. Looking for Indian community, want an Indian home away from home, this is certainly for you. Miss you Meena Bazaar ( I lived there for 3 months )
  • Must visit for any Asian in Dubai. Gold Jewelry , Indian dresses, Indian delicious food, Pakistani dresses, Tailoring indian dresses. Its whole Asian shopping in one place.
  • Dry fruits, perfumes, food, clothes. If you need any handy items between AED1-AED10, this place is really nice, a bit crowded during evenings. You will love this place if you want to try out Indian street food.
  • Wow !!! 😍 Ok this place is just crazy, with a list of shops to shop from especially for clothes, perfumes, gold, grocery stores, sweets; this place also has among the best dining spots like the Puranmal and many more ...
