  • Massive place this. A true melting pot of the world's cultures. Prominent positioning of the India pavilion. Good food options. But things here can be exorbitantly expensive. And yeah, the washroom/restroom facilities are not upto Dubai standards. Limited stalls and hugely crowded. Hygiene gets compromised. Of course, a great place to network and know about the whole world in a single location. Best would be to reach early.. And have about half a day's time on hand to justify the long trip from Dubai. Well connected by cabs and buses.
  • A place that only open seasonally, this truly is a melting pot of culture. Global Village is only accessible during the winter like Miracle Garden, and like the later one, they change things up every year so that wouldn't feel you've been there already. This year, 2015-2016, they've added an easily accessible Emirati village where the attractions are free. The whole family here and thoroughly enjoyed everything. If you are not used to walking, then you won't be able to see all the places from the all of the stall for each participant country. I suggest you start in the morning to be able to cover everything.
  • Dubai answer to Disney world, Global Village is the leading family cultural, shopping and entertainment destination in the region, with a unique shopping experience at 32 pavilions representing more than 75 countries with different cultures. For 19 seasons, Global Village has provided world class cultural and family entertainment, along with a cosmopolitan and diverse shopping experience to its millions of visitors. Guests are entertained with exclusive live performances, spectacular new rides, delicious international cuisines and authentic crafts and merchandise from its worldwide pavilions.
  • Global Village is a truly a globalized village where families can thoroughly enjoy themselves with their kids. People can buy souvenirs of each country, hear music, have lovely food, taste part in the rides and contest and enjoy the fireworks. It is open from November to April every year till past mid night. You can take a tour of over 20 to 30 countries, it is open well past midnight. The entry fee is reasonable. You have to be careful not to go on friday as parking will be difficult. It is a very clean place for a place that is very crowded
  • It was amazing experience at Global Village. A lot of happening was there, stall from different countries representing their culture and products. Food, celebration, products and see the culture. Management was providing shuttle service to public from parking to main enterance gate. Ticket price was 15 dirham. Overall good experience
