  • The mall in the Festival City, although still many constructions outside but still you can enjoy the shopping and eating in this Mall. All famous shops are there, Many restuarants, and a Cinima.

  • My wife and I had overseas family members staying and we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Check-in was terrible, probably the worst experience we've ever had at an Intercontinental. We are Platinum Ambassador members and we went to the priority check-in counter. The normal counter was very busy with 3 staff and rows of 5 at each. The priority check-in had one man being attended to and one man in front of us. It would have been easier to stand in normal check-in line as they were checked in faster. After 20 minutes waiting, both the man in front of us and we moved to the normal counter to check-in. It was terrible and we were all tired after a long day and a lot of driving. Room was very nice (we have stayed there before) and our guests were impressed. Because we were on the 30th floor, the balcony doors are locked and it i normal to request for them to be unlocked. It took two requests for this to be done, although a staff member didn't come to do it until the following day. The coffee machine didn't work. It made a lot of noise but didn't work (I have a machine like it at home and know how to use it and I did add water). I requested three times for someone to come to fix it during our stay at at no time was it attended to. We had to drink instant coffee instead in the room. I've already reviewed the very disappointing experience we had at the Anise restaurant so no need to add to this review, other to say it used to be good and isn't now. Staff are pleasant.
  • The room was so great, actually it was a suite, with a balcony and an amazing view of Dubai's skyline.. the pool is gorgeous and so relaxing, and food was great. Staff were so friendly.
  • Gorgeous pool area, tasty food, beautiful spacious rooms with comfortable beds and best of all its connected to a super large mall!
  • Excellent hotel, beautiful lobby, spacious rooms. Breakfast is wonderful and the buffet for lunch too! Great choice
  • Great service from staff here. Room was good with a view of bay and downtown. Would have been nice to be able to open the fridge. The melted plug socket and air con with no markings on it were surprising let down. Vibration and noise form outside construction work was also annoying.
