Run pickup window at our hotel in Dubai was 14:30 to 15: 00. The collection was actually (to inquiries and shipping troestern via Whatsapp) shortly before 16: 00. Thus wasted 1.5 hours ca. our time in the hotel lobby. Since our trip in early November was the sunset in Dubai is approximately at 17:30. Therefore we already fear no longer brightness in the desert to arrive at, to get a few good pictures. Well, after the driver was finally there were already five other participants in the Toyota Landcruiser. I should then take place with my girlfriend and my almost 2 meters in the last row of seats. In short, in the car we were then in the third row of seats three in a confined space. The ride went off and the driver said how long the trip is, nor where ever we go. During the entire trip to the desert, tense was the driver and was constantly on the phone. After an hour, we finally reached the desert camp. There, the driver got out without comment and let's sit alone (about 10 minutes). After I had to endure a good hour in the last row of seats and it was slow, painful, I wanted to get off just yet. We told the driver that we want to move out right now to get a few photos in the desert during the day and finally out to get out of the car. Was no problem so far, he said however that we should make fast because it just go dune bashing with the. After he called us we got then quickly again in the car. All sat back in the car he gets out and starts to let out the air out of the tires (why do you do that not before, if the guest is not in the car are??). It took then also back less than 10 minutes... Long discussions with another driver (where we again had to endure in the car) about whatever. Short was before sundown then finally go with the dune bashing in a way that I would not again experience. The bags (with water bottles) flew through the car and met the other guests. It was just so busy to prepare for the next blow. My girlfriend was injured on the belt due to the extreme blows against the car. At the request but a bit slower to drive was not entered. I do not exaggerate here also because I am even keen on motor sport and with cars on the road, but I have not experienced yet something. Now I know how an accident must feel. After a 5-minute stopover on a dune (where you first had to recover from the trip) there to make the occasion a few photos, what was then also the highlight of the whole trip. Then we continued with the extreme driving back to camp. There arose the possibility to go Quad (for approx. €50-10 driving minutes in the district). You could ride well camel, but because no one had more coming. Ultimately, the known program at the camp (about 300 people) with belly dance and fire show, what was quite ok started then. The food was acceptable, more but also not... it had to go themselves to the buffet, for someone you could bring nothing other. This long queues and mass processing. After the whole evening program ended, it continued with the bad organization. The driver we were told we'd brought back with another transfer. So far no problem and we were put in the car. This driver is then once again all alone to the air pressure fill up with us and has us back in the car left (why to not do that, when the evening is??). Then back to the entrance of the camp. Driver gets out without comment and the other cars leave after all. Driver comes back after 15 minutes and tells us that we would go back with the original driver. So we climbed back in the car and there were waiting for the departure. Also here, the riders got off easy again without comment and chatted with others. After the 40 minutes after the end of the evening programme we went back and then finally go to Dubai. The last of about 50 vehicles. Bottom line: Definitely not at this provider book. There was no excuse for that to be late. No details of the operation or anything. Was it dumped permanet for several minutes alone in the car without a comment. Also the driving was really dangerous. This trip has nevertheless potential and I think when you book with another provider that can be really fun.
