  • Despite the fact that his long overdue repair, night and day stand my twentieth thousand. Luxury, abundance. Of course nothing is cheap, one need only visit well otherwise Dubai is not Dubai. Bozhestvennen fish restaurant. My advice: if it's a pity not to spend money better and not to reserve. But if you have booked and have called it a close eye on prices and just enjoy!

  • I went there for afternoon tea. The food and service is not very good. Yet they charge about USD150 per person for the tea set. Not recommended at all.

  • The best in Luxury Dubai has to offer. This is the most luxurious hotel of the world. To get in you need to have a booking at some place inside. Every entering guest is screened at the gate for reservations in his name and only on confirmation is he/she allowed to enter. Given an opportunity one should not miss the chance to be here.
  • Awesome experience this summer for me! We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks, and it was a great time. I saw many things in Dubai, and my excitement mainly focused on this hotel! I am telling you guys, rent this hotel it is worth! Rooms are very luxurious, the staff is really nice, the pool is massive, and you get a great view if you rent the place! Awesome experience!!:)
  • This place is absolutely amazing! It's a true 7-star hotel in every sense. Concierge was super helpful and accurate as to the best places to visit on our trip. The rooms were in excellent condition and butlers were very well mannered. The view of the Ocean was spectacular, beach was always clean, water park was super clean. Well worth the stay!
  • This hotel is a bit overrated. The personal is badly tranied and doesn't pay attention to the small details. The waiters didn't bring water in the restaurant when our glasses where empty (we also had to ask for it in the first place eventhough we bought champagne) and later on they almost served the wrong vine. TIP: If you intend to visit the resturant or skybar remember to bring a shirt or a scarf, the aircondition is set to max and othervise you will experience a cold visit. When we were about to leave the hotel, the butlers got us a car that was already reservated and halfway through to destination we had to turn around because the driver suddenly had to pick up the right costumers... I know it's just small details, don't get me wrong it is a very fine and a beatuiful hotel, but I expected a lot more from a 7 star hotel.. My recommandations will instead be to save your money and visit hotel Raffels - in my opinion they have way better service and much better trained personal than Burj al-Arab!
