WTC Abu Dhabi is a welcome addition to the nearly 330 World Trade Centers located in 100 countries around the world, which share the common purpose of facilitating and developing two-way international trade and business.

Designed by world-renowned architects Foster & Partners, WTC Abu Dhabi’s central location, state-of-the-art facilities and ultra-modern amenities will benefit businesses, Abu Dhabi residents and UAE visitors.

A fully integrated mixed-use development comprised of offices tower, residences tower, mall, souk and hotel Courtyard by Marriott, the site of WTC holds a special place in the capital's history as the location of the old Central Market – a 12-acre single-storey market that was the centre of all business and trading in the growing city.

ويتألف المركز التجاري العالمي أبوظبي من برج للمكاتب (World Trade Center Offices) وبرج سكني (World Trade Center Residences)، بالإضافة إلى مركز للتسوّق (World Trade Center Mall) وسوق مركزي (World Trade Center Souk) وفندق سيحمل علامة كورتيارد ماريوت.

  • Standard mall with standard shops. Really badly laid out though. It's like walking through a maze. Up, down, left, right. Not the best mall in Abu Dhabi to say the least. I guess it is OK if you are i...  more »
  • Quite a dull looking shopping centre full of dark wood but the shops make up for it. Everything is spotless.. Make a visit to the Pierre Cardin store a must... Great sale offers.. I bought a lovely li...  more »
  • The truth that we just because it was the stop of the bus that we brought from the port where had tied our cruise. We had an hour before finding us local guide and so went it, not exhasutivamente have to say, since I did not find any local spices or anything close to it. But maybe I wasn't the right place. It is quite large and we focus on clothing stores more than anything. In its interior there is a HyM. Use it as a stop and because we were over there. Not be if would go exclusively to navigate it. It's not worth it.

  • One of the beautiful malls in Abu Dhabi with great interior. But you won’t find much crowd here. The beautiful wooden interiors make the mall ambience and vibes to a different level. The mall’s exterior also build with wooden panels. The mall has ample number of parking spaces spreading to more than 5 levels.
  • The mall has a very different feel and texture to it. The theme is very Japanese with all wooden architecture around and a closed feel to it (minimal sunlight). It has all the regular brand options, cinema and food court. The extension of the mall (tower 2) has a small arabic souk too offering spices, carpets and ethnic dresses. Crowd is generally limited so easy to get around.
  • It is not a souk and does not have those charms but it does have the spice, dates and scent stores and you can bargain about the price so in that sense it is more authentic than most modern malls. Parking is free for the first 2 hours which also beats finding a parking slot in the souk in Dubai. So for spice, scent and all kinds of other Arabic souvenirs head here and don't forget to bargain!
  • As someone who just had their first trip to Abu Dhabi I would advise the WTC to all first time travellers. A large selection of shops and restaurants and some of the shop owners are eager to haggle with regards to prices. Went back twice in 2 days!!
  • Great place for first time visitors to Abu Dhabi. Well lit for the night time and plenty of selections of shops. My suggestion is to try Bagel Factory and ask for Uncle Jay!

Where to stay in Abu Dhabi

One of the most expensive cities in the world, Abu Dhabi is famous for providing an unparalleled level of luxury. The modern development of Yas Island offers some of the priciest options in the city. Abu Dhabi doesn't really do hostels, but you can find some less expensive hotels in side streets less frequented by foreign visitors. Head away from the sea to find lower rates, or consider the areas south and east of the airport for simple rooms with basic amenities.
