Meet the furry, feathered, and friendly inhabitants of Emirates Park Zoo, a city zoo housing over 1,700 animals--including incredibly rare white tigers. Opened in 2008, the zoo introduces visitors to animal behavior and identification by allowing you to pet and feed many of the creatures, from domesticated farm animals to wilder beasts. The zoo brings you closer to animals with many guided experiences, including feeding sessions and bird of prey shows across its ample grounds. • Visited the zoo yesterday at around 6.30pm. Not many people and it was dark. Saw the lion, cheetahs, monkeys, 2 flamingos, snakes, crocodiles etc. To see elephants you need to pay extra which we did n...  more »

  • My friend and I are passionate Zoo visitors, and so the Park Zoo was also a must on our vacation. The Zoo is really very nice and clean and I think it's also great that only animals live (up to a brown bear) in the desert, or with this climate large will there be held. We attended as a reptile demonstration where they had the opportunity to hold a 40-cm-long baby crocodile and stroke (of course at your own risk) and little money can buy food for giraffes, monkeys and zebras and the animals eat a really out of hand and let pet himself. Really a great experience and for children determined great - because in Europe we do not have these possibilities unfortunately. There are by me, for the above mentioned brown bears, a point deduction. Sorry the bear, because he was really in the brooding heat and had only a small air-conditioned area. In my opinion you have there also not necessarily to show forth such animals, no desert climate are used to. All in all really great and I would go there again!

  • Very good Zoo. Designed in a way that you don't have to walk long distances to find the animals. Most of the time you are indoors in the comfort of AC and can watch the animals from glass windows. Special attraction is the tigers. You can get really close to them!
  • The zoo is the perfect size for an outing with little ones. There's lots to see and do without being overwhelming. The feature areas look great. Children will really like this place.
  • I had an amazing experience!!! Rare, beautiful animals! Knowledgeable and approachable trainers!! Rooms and food were fantastic!!!
  • Love it! The fact that they are constantly expanding may bother some people but I love going to this zoo. Its small enough for kids to cover in one day without getting too tired and is very affordable and big enough to have elephants and lions and cheetahs and white tigers. You can not ask for more at this price. Recommend it to everyone!!!
  • Very nice place... Children will love the place... Lots of verity of animals are there; like white tiger and elephant... Do not need to walk much...
