  • The Museum we found in better condition than the Art Museum at St. Sophia, but still very sad. Liked the Hall on the first floor where the decorations and porcelain collection of Asian countries, is not absolutely clear Hall of ancient sculptures, because all they are copies of the originals are in the museums of Europe. The second floor rooms themselves very interesting, there are chandeliers, not lamps, as in polyclinics, unlike the same Art. I'm not a connoisseur of the arts, but high-profile names, which from time to time, the museum boasts, I have not met. Very old and interesting paintings. Another interesting little thing-so many works of unknown authorship, I have not seen in any Museum.

  • There are a lot of interesting things to see. Also there is private artist's works exhibition available.  more »
  • I'm not a big lover of art, but it is always interesting to visit museums. He visited various museums around the world, on different continents, but only in Ukraine, unfortunately, everything is so tuhlo ... The good:-the Museum is located in the heart of the city in a very beautiful historical building-entry cost only 40 UAH per person (but without a photo, even on the phone)-good collection of paintings of Western art (but not so much massively famous artists) that you want to change: in all lounges you go Grandma, as wardens. They look to you nothing photographed at phone and nothing touched. Really don't like it when I watch constantly. Grannies go from calculation 1 Grandma on 2 halls. But no further information load. Asked about the pictures, but they know nothing, say reading online. -Lack of information. There are printouts, but they are written with a solid text and not interesting. Near some paintings have QR codes. But speech about the audio guide. And that would be very handy. -Not complied with rules of the placement and lighting patterns. Want to see a picture? Go around it on all sides, to understand where she glares. Due to daylight standing in front of the picture you see a black spot, and just understand that angle there is drawn. Simply need to work on light, but none, apparently, is not necessary. -Asian art-very small and nothing special, look out for 10 minutes. -Toilet-no, but you can find pointers to a terrible smell to summarize, there is nothing ispravimogo. Quite simply, we need to abandon the Soviet approach management of museums and go to the West.

  • Nice architecture
  • Снаружи выглядит очень интересно
  • That you want to add to the below stated: Italian Hall-the so-called home theater in the past local nobility (not going to lie, I don't remember names). Thanks to very good acoustics, serves as a venue for chamber music concerts. Well, it is impossible not to mention the wonderful friendly staff.

  • An excellent museum. Inside the often interesting exhibitions and events. I am in love with the building itself! If you would like to be restored or at least wash the façade-it would be great.

  • Normal Provincial Museum. A little bit of everything. Rather, it is worth to go than not worth it if you love art.
