  • Highly important for each pole. Of course, the beautiful tombs, many prominent Poles there. Sad and very symbolic statue of Christ is reminiscent of sad times Soviet. Most captures heart of Lviv Eaglets ' cemetery with its tragic history-align with the Earth in the 1970s an unusual impression make rows of crosses with red and white bands. During your stay, a group of young people from the Polish odśpiewała the national anthem-it was a very touching moment. A must for every Pole-this older and this little ... The real lesson of patriotism.

  • A must visit while in the city. Some are the grave sites are pure art. It's a huge place we're you can spend a few hours taking in the atmosphere.
  • Is it very special and old cementary with a lot of old tombs for famous people. Every time I'm there it's like I'm not in Lviv) very quiet and calm please. If you are ok with going to the cemetery you should visit it. Once I have seen foxes there, but they are not dangerous, I have asked about it the watcher.
  • Uttermost interesting place where Polish and Ukrainian history blends together bringing you a glimpse of life in the past. Arrive at the main entrance at the tram station with the same name - get a ticket and a map, walk your way to the southeastern tip of the cemetary to see Polish War Memorial Cemetary.
  • wonderful old polish and ukrainian cementary
  • One of the must see places in Lviv. A park-like, huge area cemetery with beautiful architecture and special atmosphere. Around 400,000 burials are located in the cemetery, including those of prominent Ukrainian historical figures and soldiers of the recent wars. Reminds me very much of the Parisian Père Lachaise Cemetery. A couple of hours visit.
