Tour exhibits of aircraft and Soviet technology at State Aviation Museum, including airplanes, helicopters, and unmanned flying vessels. Opened in 2003, the site is the country's largest museum of aviation technology, allowing you to inspect exhibited engines and weapons. You can see some 70 aircrafts up-close and even enter the cockpits of two of them--an IL-62 airplane and an Mi-8 helicopter. See contraptions from nearly all leading aviation design bureaus of the Soviet Union and view some rare models, including MiG-15UTI and Mi-1M. When you're done exploring, head to the site's bar for refreshment. For State Aviation Museum and beyond, use our Kiev trip itinerary maker to get the most from your Kiev vacation.

  • For the first time in this museum. Struck many planes and helicopters, as well as the opportunity to go inside, to see, feel. Very interesting for children. Today there was a lot of sightseeing schoolchildren. I think this is for boys a unique opportunity to learn the details of the aircraft. Admission 50 hrn, separately need to pay entrance to aircraft -5 UAH.

  • There are two airports in Kiev Ukraine Boryspil airport and aviation hub to use other carriers to use spells to give airport. South Korea hit by spells to give airport close to the small capital of Gimpo international airport. This Aviation Museum is just outside of the airport line. It is a burden that the doc will also be walking from the airport to come out and don't have much. I am interested in many Russian aircraft and fighters. Take a look at a lot of parameters that the United States and yureobje million + colors are different. The Soviet days after they retired with display here.

  • Visited for the first time in this museum. There was already the fifth Festival of vintage cars. In addition to vintage cars, retro motorcycles participated, retro-buses and even retro-locomotive. But the most important thing here is, of course, airplanes and helicopters. A lot of them and they are different. I'm not a big fan of aviation, but I was wondering. Imagine how happy the boys when they get into this korolevsvo. At the time of the Festival entrance cost 100 UAH, ordinary days-39 UAH. Quite budget entertainment. Easy to reach. Here goes the trolley-bus and bus.

  • Great collection of soviet aircraft. Some of them are available to visit inside (yes, you can get onboard Tu-154 or Il-62).
  • Large, sprawling museum of Soviet-era aircraft. Plenty to see for the aviation - lover of any nation. Highly recommended.
  • If you're a fan of aircrafting this is the best place to satisfy your curiosity.
  • Poor but great museum of Ukrainian and Soviet Union aviation. You can find here some rare aircrafts
  • Nice exposition, IEV spotting place
