  • What does one do when in any city as a tourist and one sees a queue of people waiting to enter a building? Well obviously you walk up to the queue and ask the waiting folks - what's on? This is exactl...  more »
  • Every time (which is not often) try to visit this Center. You never know what awaits over the doors and it attracts. Not always clear exposure, but I think everyone draws for himself.

  • Always try to visit this place if you arrive in Kiev. There's always interesting exhibitions, always works there is air conditioning and heat or cool, depending on the weather. Besides, most often exhibit free that adds a huge plus and you can touch the great totally free and in comfort. Be sure to visit!

  • If I were an oligarch like Pinchuk I would like to put a lot of my questionable money into local art and renovate some of the beautiful but crumbling historic buildings around Kyiv. The Pinchuk Art Center is free. You'll be screened for security and then in you go. There are usually a few exhibits at the same time, all contemporary. Some exhibits have not held my interest while others have been fascinating. So do go more than once before passing judgement. The location is quite central, right across from the Bessarabian Market. So check out an exhibit and have lunch afterwards.
  • What a nice surprise. Small but unmissable. A must for contemporary art lovers.
  • Check the program on the website. Sometimes they bring really worthy exhibition like one of Damien Hirst.
  • The museum of modern art, very interesting place, the entrance is free always, and the exhibitions are changed rather frequently. Perfect place to on the weekend, and for the lovers of art.
  • Very well-made museum with interesting exhibitions and the most beautiful and delicious cafe on top! It's worth a visit even if you just go for coffee ! Also, the museum is for free 😊

This part of town also keeps you close to the metro and the central train station, providing quick links to the surrounding region.
