  • While this is a bit out of the way, its worth passing by on the way back to Arsenalna station - there is a walk through the park to get here and also to the church nearby.
  • Park, askold's grave is located near the Park of glory and respectively "arsenalnaya" subway station. The park itself is not very neat and tidy, and of particular interest in terms of tourism. On the other hand there is the Memorial to the heroes of Kruty, and a small Greek Catholic Church near which buried heroes of ATO lost their lives for the independence of Ukraine

  • askold Tomb itself is located under the Church, and the Church in a large park on the slope of the Dnieper. closer to Pechersk, Park more gentrified, but if you go from askold's grave by Alley on a slope, you can reach the pedestrian bridge and next to the stairs that lead to the monument to the Magdeburg Law and at the Hem. on weekdays this avenue can be, generally did not meet. Yes and holidays people it is almost there. so, those who want to silence in the middle of the city, here. in General, around the askold's Tomb in 19-20 centuries was a cemetery. and not one. then before the GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR they simply destroyed to create the Park. now in this park along the alley installed crosses with quotations from the Bible to denote the way of the cross.
