Leinster Bay, Virgin Islands National Park

Categories: Reefs, Bodies of Water, Nature & Parks
Inspirock Rating:
4.4/5 based on 130+ reviews on the web
Take a short hike along the bay to Leinster Bay, a hidden snorkeler’s paradise. Teeming with marine life amongst coral bursting with color, you’ll get to observe sea turtles, the occasional shark, and perhaps even a dolphin or two. Finding a place to lounge in the sun on the narrow, rocky beach can be difficult. Bring some decent shoes for the hike on the bumpy trail, and be sure to check out the nearby ruins of a sugar plantation.
