Hull Bay, St. Thomas

(3.6/5 based on 100+ reviews on the web)
Cool down as you dip into the clear waters of Hull Bay. The beach is quite popular with locals and features a sandy, rocky shore. Calm waters lined with anchored boats make for excellent snorkeling. Exotic marine life including manta rays await discovery as you go exploring below the water's surface. Further away from shore, medium-sized waves form to create favourable conditions for surfers. Head to the local eatery and grab a bite or something to drink. A visit to Hull Bay represents just the start of the adventure when you use our North Side vacation generator to plot your vacation.

  • This is a rocky beach but has a boat launch and looks good for fishing. There was plenty of parking, and there is a bar/restaurant nearby. The road down to the bay looks more like a driveway than a ro...  more »
  • This is a good beach to go to if it is a windy day. I would not recommend it if you don't like dogs. There are plenty of them that roam the beach. Also, be careful of sea urchins when swimming!
  • I had read that this is the beach to make one of the best snorkling but was disappointed. The left side of the beach has a good backdrop, but the sea is generally choppy, the beach is very small and when we were there covered with algae and leaves. I would not recommend it. Much better to go to Coki, Lindquist (snokling), Magens or Sapphire (to the beach).
