Get far-flung at Point Udall, the easternmost point of the United States of America. Admire the sundial monument erected in 2000, marking the location where American soil first sees the sunrise. The vantage point offers sweeping views around the island, as well as blue, reef-laden waters along the coast. From the monument, follow an unofficial trail of medium difficulty to the point. Point Udall is the most eastern point of the United States. It is on the eastern tip of the island of St Croix in the US Virgin Islands. The Danish named this "Et Stykke Land", meaning "A Piece of Land". It is an easy drive to the Easternmost point of the United States if you are on St. Croix. If you are not here, Delta and American Airline have direct and indirect flights from Atlanta, Miami and Puerto Rico. And, you don't need a passport, though it might be wise to have one. Other islands countries you might visit are a short distance away and you need a passport to go and come back.
Gorgeous views but nothing else. Reserve time to hike to Isaac's and Jack's Bay. Easy hiking and amazing snorkeling spot.
Nice views. Strong breezes. Poor layout for parking if anyone else shows up. Monument is dilapidated.
Awesome views from the east end of St. Croix. A must see if you visit the island. The views on the drive in are spectacular.
Unique spot to visit, clean and amazing panoramic views of the clear blue ocean with Buck Island in the background.
