  • The Botanical Garden was a lovely place to walk and linger. There was a large number of volunteers working to bring it back to its full glory. They were friendly and very informative about the trees a...  more »
  • While not very large, it is very well kept and worth a stop. You could spend a minimum of an hour here and maybe longer if you like to stroll and really study plants. They do give guided tours and for...  more »
  • Spent a lovely time visiting the garden today. It’s a really wonderful use of an old plantation and the old ruins provide a super backdrop. Had a guided tour with a most knowledgeable member of staff....  more »

  • Had my wedding here in June.... St. Croix is such a beautiful place. The mainland is where we live, but V.I. is still Home. Botanical Gardens was accommodating and beautiful for the ceremony and reception. I wanted a vintage modern theme and we nailed it. We were able to bring our own caterer and vendors which works for those who prefer a certain cuisine. I would definitely recommend this venue for your event if you want an open space with a bit of vintage flair. You can make it your own there. The only reason I give it four stars is because we did have to manicure the lawn where our ceremony was being held which should have been taken care of prior to, other than that. Our day was absolutely perfect.
  • Recovering nicely from Hurricane Maria. Gift shop open with great items. Love strolling the grounds. Visit here every time I come to the island.
  • Nice Botanical Gardens with plenty of walkways and a few assorted buildings - they often have art fairs, food fairs and such which I highly recommend. Check out their little shop for some unique gifts.
  • A beautiful place to visit whether you are just visiting the island or live here. So much history not only botanically but was an active sugar plantation.
  • Excellent historical place, we did the "longer" tour but it didn't seem any harder. Loved learning about the history there, and they had some fruit on the trees and let us pick some! Starfruit off the tree was delicious.
