  • When we arrived at our house at Turks our house concierge, Robert, recommended Bight beach as one of the best local beaches in the area. So we gave it a try and it was great! Super close and convenient. Nice size parking lot and port a potties near by. The beach was not crowded at all, nice and wide and clean. Definitely recommend Bights beach for a convenient easy access beach on Grace Bay at Turks & Caicos. You can walk for miles in either direction 😎.
  • Beautiful beach, windy days can get a bit rough in the water. Thursdays are Fish Fry day and the whole island seems to show up! They have different meats not just fish, the best part was the pineapple and coconuts filled with liquor! Parking is super tricky so if you're staying in the area, I recommend walking.
  • Parking can be interesting on Thursdays and the bathrooms were closed last time I was there at 6pm. Small but interesting reef to the left of the parking lot entrance marked by red buoys about 15 feet from shore. Ample picnic tables on the beach
  • Very nice and the fish fry thursdays was fun. But its strictly for tourists. Wish they had more food vendors.
  • The natives usually call it FISH FRY. It is usually held every Thursday. A live native band usually provides entertainment for listening and dancing pleasure. Food vendors provide all of the native dishes - seafood mainly. The craft vendors provide local craft items for sale. You can't do without the native drinks. a lovely place to be on Thursdays from about 5pm - 10pm.
