  • What a great adventure! (English below) It was the first time I went in a Club Med. I had reservations (sticky people too, too cheesy, whatever). Nice surprise! There is something for all ages and personalities. You may prefer to stay in your bubble, whether alone, as a couple or in a group, or want to meet people. Nobody feels foreign. I was going to make the snorkel in debutante. I was relieved to be able to go in Group: 2 outputs per day by boat when the weather allows, in a Bay that offers many sites. I saw sharks, barracudas, the old Jojo, Grace Bay's iconic dolphin, and full of other aquatic bugs, with which I became familiar with the presentation of Ms. Poisson (Valerie) and its returns after each dive on encountered wildlife. I even decided to try the scuba. First lesson in the pool. What a great idea; one tames the equipment without worrying the environment. I have particularly appreciated that the instructors and teachers, while being very friendly, are also very skilled and make safety a priority, without losing his sense of humour. The scuba team has also worked hard to accommodate me and make the experience easier. I felt included in a friendly team. They even stayed with me to wait for a cab because I had missed the bus to the airport! Thanks Valerie for all your knowledge on fish, for your joy of living and the spontaneous friendship. Your idea to make meditation in scuba in the pool is just great. I hope it works. It would allow people who would be afraid to go diving in the sea to tame the material and relax. Thank you Stuart for my introduction to scuba, for your crazy teacher talent and for your concern for security. Nemo, thanks for making me feel confident at any time, for your smile. And enjoy your stay in Quebec! Finally, thanks Nick, Anne-Julie, Paco, the doc (heck, I forgot his name!), and all the others that I have met that too briefly. I delighted, a head full of memories, experiences and encounters. Thanks gang! _ What an adventure! It was my first time in a Club Med. I had reserved some (fear that the people and the atmosphere would be kitsch and cheesy). I was wrong! All ages and personalities are there. You can keep to yourself, whether you are traveling alone, in couple or in group, or choose to open up and meet people. You never feel like you're a stranger I had chosen this Club Med to go snorkeling as a beginner. I felt a lot safer to be able to go in groups: two boat a day outings in the numerous spots that Grace Bay offers, weather permitting. I saw sharks, barracudas, old Jojo, the mascot dolphin of the Bay, as well as a lot of other funky sea creatures that I got to know better, thanks to Valerie's presentation we reef fish and we her verisimilitude after each dive. I even tried scuba diving. First lesson was in the pool. What a great idea to get to know the equipment without worrying about the surroundings. I really appreciated that the instructors are not only fun, loveable, very qualified, but that they also have safety as their top priority, without losing their sense of humor. Thanks Valerie for your knowledge of marine life, that you share so generously for your joy, your friendliness and our talks. Your idea for scuba meditation in the pool was pure genius! I hope it will work. It would allow people who may feel scared by diving to get familiar with the equipment and to enjoy the feeling. Thanks Stuart for my initiation to scuba, for your talent got crazy teacher, and for your attention to safety. Thanks Nemo, for making me feel safe at every dive, and for your good nature. Have fun in Québec! Finally, thanks to Nick, Anne-Julie, Paco, Doc (darn, forgot his name again!), and to all others who I got to meet only briefly too. I came back with a huge grin, head full of memories, breathtaking experiences and wonderful meetings. Thanks gang!
