4.1/5 based on 240+ reviews on the web
Take your snorkel gear when you visit SunRay Beach, a popular piece of shoreline located next to a cruise pier dock with calm, clear waters. Sea turtles and tropical fish are common sights in the area, but if snorkeling is not your thing, you can choose between diving, banana boat rides, surfing, and a range of other activities. Souvenir stands, cafes, and personal services like hair-braiding stalls line the sand, so the beach never gets dull. Consider taking water shoes, as the sand gets rocky in some areas. Children and weak swimmers should be cautious of strong currents in the area. Put SunRay Beach and other Cockburn Town attractions into our Cockburn Town itinerary planner, and watch your holiday take shape.

  • Most beautiful Island we have been to.....The pictures you take are like post cards. Seeing is believing..Highly recommend.. the beach is right off the ship..
  • not much to do except beach things. We took the tram tour instead as we wer all beached out from previous tours
  • Visited Grand Turks while on a cruise. Found the water to be very pleasant. Beach was clean. SunRay Beach was beautiful. I recommend visiting.
