  • Lively, open 24 hours, so many people at any time. I thought I wonder if best buy here does not last and heavy cake (Baklava) are somewhat higher always it has. The Baklava is the birthplace of Gaziantep is recommended. It covers the souvenirs here, throughout the Turkey (products). (At the airport of Japan isn't?) you might ask your production staff, rather than just blindly pick. Staff know Japan is just a little bit.

  • Limited selection of retailers. Prices are in US dollars and very high. Staff in retail business should be friendly but here it seems they have problems at home and not in good mood. Personally I didn...  more »
  • I have never seen such bad manners. Or maybe that's just how it is there. Not one customer service person smiled or said thank you. I felt like a piece of dirt when I would ask a question. I also paid...  more »

  • Through what happened with me on last December 2017 in the duty free shop at the airport( magaza : IST BAZAR ) of the position of a sign of confidence and good treatment by the workers in one of the shops where I bought some purposes and I pay the full value, but I forgot the bags of goods and traveled and discovered that the goods is not with me and will fate I have another trip through the same airport three days later I checked the same shop for the bags of the goods, so I found only all the welcome and good treatment from the working woman on the cashier, which immediately contacted the manager who came immediately and ordered to give me the goods From here, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mrs. ilke Gelik and Mr. Suren vahramyan for the good treatment and I wish you further progress.
  • They sold us small Lokums or Turkish delight for 45 euro and a normal haribo for 5 euro
  • Just awful! They sold us an expensive packet of nuts with the claim that they were roasted, not raw. But when we later opened the package they were clearly both raw and stale. We tried to return them for credit only to be told by the manager that these were "roasted" by Turkish standards! Meanwhile he stuck his hand into our package, which was unsanitary. Altogether a very insulting and unpleasant encounter and not the way we wanted to end a two week trip to a fascinating country. Buyer beware! This is not a good Duty Free shop.
  • One of the worst duty frees ever. Euro is used as the main currency at the duty free, HOWEVER if you give them a EURO based credit card the POS machine adds extra commission amount. To avoid the commision you have to accept their euro to lira conversion rate and pay in lira and then they would not charge commission.
  • Great selection of items to shop for.
