  • I am giving this tour 1 star based on how I felt leaving the tour, cheated and scammed. It's unfortunate as the tour was nice and we had a knowledgeable guide. You are informed at the beginning of the day that lunch and a soft drink are included in the price and alcohol is extra. That seemed reasonable to us. In the afternoon, the bar man came around regularly offering local beer and wine. There was no signs of how much the drinks cost, at this point we weren't concerned about the price as local beers seemed to be very cheap throughout Istanbul. However, when the bar man came to collect money at the end, he was charging 50 lira (€8!!!) for each large beer! The most we paid for this beer in a very nice restaurant was 30lira and this budget looking boat is far from a luxury cruise! Lots of passengers sermed very annoyed, then the bar man had the cheek to go round everyone with a tip box! As I didn't have enough cash on me and they didn't take card, I was marched by the barman to a local shop to get the money. Its a pity about the outrageous beer prices and rude bar man as it completely ruined what had been a nice day. Another thing of note, many people on the tour weren't informed that swimming was available on the tour so missed this opportunity.
  • The ship is great & staff are lovely and helpful, the cruise to the black sea is a good 4 hrs+ and is very relaxing. Note: Boat needs a non slip matt to walk on when you return from swimming. Downsides: Lunch needs to be fresh and portion size was not the best if your hungry & fruit snack portion was small also. Please fix these things and your cruise be worth a 5 star.
  • I wouldn't recommend booking a tour. We chose the 35 euro Bosphorus boat and bus tour. First of all we spent an hour picking people up from different hotels in a minivan before getting to the boat at 11:30. The boat tour was ok with some interesting information but the guide wasn't great. We then got off the boat for a 15 to minute walk to visit a fort for 30 mins and then a 15 minute walk back. There wasn't much to see there and only enjoyed the view. We then went back on the boat for another hour and got off the boat to take a bus. I thought this would be a proper bus tour around the city showing us sites but it took us to a tourist 'village' on a hill where there were two restaurants and some stalls. We were there for an hour and took the cable car back down. The bus then drove us past the city walls where and ended up near the blue mosque. The whole tour was a waste of day where we could've spent visiting the places we wanted to see and it's a rip off. I'm so angry that we lost a day to this tour. Save your money and make your own tour or book something else.
  • Dolmabahce Palace with Bus and Boat tour done (T-5 from 2019 brochure, 60 euros). Everything is correct. The only minus is an overcrowded cable car Pierre Loti Hill down (maybe because of the Sunday afternoon). Highly recomended like the first contact with Istanbul.
  • The agency is terribly unprofessional and the excursions are very poorly organized. We took the Bosporus tour and made a stop at the Maiden island where we had a 40ish minute break, and when we got out of the tower to the pier the boat has already left without us, 10 minutes before the arranged time. The explanation was that the tour guide had 2 people less on the list and thought that everyone was at the pier so they sailed away without us. We waited almost an hour before another boat came to pick us up to join the rest of the excursion and because of that we didn't have time for a lunch/coffee break at Pierre Loti. Additionally to this issue, we were over 30 minutes late at the start (because of the 2 people who were not at the original list and for whom we waited to board the boat), the sound system on the bus was terrible and one could only hear every 5th word the tour guide said, we didn't make a stop at the Beylerbeyi palace that was on the schedule (instead we visited The Maiden tower which is beautiful but extremely small and you can visit it on your own with a public ferry boat and the entrance to the tower if free). I would most certainly not recommend any excursion with this agency.
