  • This square is from The Galata bridge at the entrance of the old town. It's the whole day a coming and going of buses and subways, but also many hikers who visit the Grand Mosque or the Egyptian bazaar. Many restaurants and shops. Nice and tasty to the just caught fish from The Galata bridge which are baked to eat there. From this square you can by bus to Eyup or to the Choramoskee. With the subway or walk to Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, the Yerebatam cistern and the Grand bazaar. Feel free to stay a while on the square and amaze your over all trade and hiking and about the diversity of the visitors.

  • The crowd, the crowd and too crowded. Definitely go with public transport traffic even if you don't find parking lot. What's a 5-hour who go on Saturday came from Eminonu, Çengelköy 1 hour parking. Visit the new mosque at the time, a lot of yelling vendors. Be sure the Egypt Bazaar.
