Trip Planner:   Europe  /  Turkey  /  Istanbul  /  Sightseeing  /  Eminonu Pier
Eminonu Pier, Istanbul
(3.9/5 based on 500+ reviews on the web)
Visit Eminonu Pier to experience traditional fish sandwiches prepared on the restaurant boats docked here--they're known nationwide. Sit on a bench as you eat, and take in the views of the ferries coming and going and the nearby mosque. The pier is walking distance from many attractions in the old city, but is also accessible by tram or taxi. Use it as a starting point for exploring the Galata Bridge or for touring the areas of the Spice Market and Grand Bazaar. Put Eminonu Pier and other Istanbul attractions into our Istanbul tour planner, and watch your holiday take shape.

  • the fish sandwich here is certainly not to be missed. Watch the chefs that waddle about in boats-kitchen, a hoot. and even the patrons around you will be a good starting point of observation. have no fear of huddle, a place can always be found. great lemonade and pastries to complete the meal.

  • Eminonu I advise all to go their and have a Fresh Fish bread Sandwich and the turkish tea. I love that place infront of the bosphorus
  • Considered one of the most important areas that went but you must visit when you are in Istanbul as an area to attract tourists. Grilled fish sandwich meal is the most important thing to do when you get there there is also a port to the Bosphorus cruises and other places in addition to online vendors.
