Eminonu Pier, Istanbul

(3.9/5 based on 500+ reviews on the web)
Visit Eminonu Pier to experience traditional fish sandwiches prepared on the restaurant boats docked here--they're known nationwide. Sit on a bench as you eat, and take in the views of the ferries coming and going and the nearby mosque. The pier is walking distance from many attractions in the old city, but is also accessible by tram or taxi. Use it as a starting point for exploring the Galata Bridge or for touring the areas of the Spice Market and Grand Bazaar. Put Eminonu Pier and other Istanbul attractions into our Istanbul tour planner, and watch your holiday take shape.

  • If you're heading to the Pier before the feast or the crowd of the weekend you should not surprise anyone. If possible, do not move your hand bag purse. Arm your bag strap will stand in front of you. Akbil refilling, you expect a long line for. Before you go, take your precautions. And, if possible, the fish don't come without eating bread. If you feel that you are missing in Istanbul Eminonu Ferry bus is full, or the writer can all get out of here, you can find easily in any direction that you want to instrument.

  • Cruise ships for tourists as well as people's feet in the frequent inter-island ferry pier. There are plenty of well-known and tram station. Enjoy the Turkey and the mackerel-sandwiches, snack stalls and also B-class gourmet.
