  • Visited the Center in October 2017 onwards. The huge size of the Center Akbatı Yaşam ve Alışveriş Merkezi is impressive. A calm Center. Time to bypass it need a lot. Many well known brands. You can combine shopping with a cherished by eating a delicious ice cream, which will be cooked before your eyes with different additives. Finish the walk you can visit restaurants and cafes, of which there are plenty. There are of course parking for cars and a huge Migros. Very recommend. From the center of Istanbul he kept away. If there is no traffic, the trip will take 1.5 hours. But I think it's worth it.

  • Nice mall. Lots of western store. Good selection in food court and movie theaters
  • Is beautiful and exciting mall Despite its smallness every thing is cool . But one thing maybe they need to fix is a praying room for muslim which is located in the auto-park under ground. Really it's difficult to find even. I recommend them to move the prayer room to the first floor if possible or other place
  • Nice decoration and lights. Very crowded. However, toilettes are not very clean
  • Mid size mall - I think. They have a movie theater and an amusement center. Many famous brand stores and food court. It gets crowded at the weekends...
  • Not a very great mall. It has a few good stores that are not visited by a lot of people. In contrary, people rather sit inside of the mall instead of shopping. It does have a great food court with a lot of varieties.

Where to stay in Istanbul

The bustling downtown core of old Istanbul is the popular choice among tourists wanting a short walking distance to the city's biggest attractions. Here you'll find hostel-style accommodations and reasonably priced and traditionally decorated hotels, as well as bed and breakfasts and inns with views overlooking the sea. Though often the most affordable, accommodations in the old city can be very overrun with tourists and street solicitors. If you seek a more relaxed stay, consider lodging near Taksim Square. This new, trendy neighborhood is a short 15-20 minute ride from the old city, but puts you closer to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Though the newer area of the city is a bit more upscale, you'll also find moderately priced hotels and some hostels. Look for luxury hotels in the western suburbs close to the airport, overlooking the banks of Bosphorus.
