Dim Cave, Alanya

(800+ reviews on the web)
Cave
Explore the various formations caused by years of rain and snow runoff through the limestone rocks at Dim Cave. Located on the top of a mountain by a river, the two caves are estimated to be one million years old, but paths within the caves are smoothed and well lit, one of which leads to a small lake inside the cave. Enjoy a picnic in the nearby gardens as you take in the panoramic view of the nearby fortress. Public buses regularly provide transportation from the town to the caves. Dress warmly, as it tends to be cooler in the caves, and note that there are many steps up to and inside the cave that may prove difficult for those with mobility issues. Arrange to visit Dim Cave and other attractions in Alanya using our Alanya vacation builder.

  • Great caves, great stalactites and stalagmites, lots of steps so not good for the infirm, well worth visiting, we saw it as part of a larger tour so I don't know how much the admission price was.  more »
