The capital and largest city of Serbia, cosmopolitan Belgrade sits on the confluence of the Sava and the Danube rivers.
Start off your visit on the 16th (Sat): take in the spiritual surroundings of Crkva Svetog Marka, then pause for some photo ops at Prince Mihailo Monument, and then get the lay of the land with Walking tours. Larnaca, Cyprus to Belgrade is an approximately 5.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and flight; or do a combination of car and ferry. The time zone changes from Eastern European Time (EET) to Central European Time (CET), which is usually a -1 hour difference. Plan for little chillier nights when traveling from Larnaca in June since evenings lows in Belgrade dip to 18°C. You'll have a few hours on the 18th (Mon) to wrap things up before traveling to Sarajevo.
