On the 2nd (Fri), make a trip to Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark, get great views at Vulcan Park and Museum, then examine the collection at Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of 16th Street Baptist Church. On the 3rd (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: admire the masterpieces at Birmingham Museum of Art, get up close and personal with brilliant marine life at McWane Science Center, then get engrossed in the history at Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, and finally get to know the fascinating history of Kelly Ingram Park.

Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Fort Morgan State Historic Site and Indian & Sea Museum. Step out of the city life by going to Dolphin & Whale Watching and Parasailing & Paragliding. There's still lots to do: see what you can catch with a fishing tour, immerse yourself in nature at Gulf State Park, stop by Chocolate Corner, and enjoy the sand and surf at Gulf State Park Fishing Pier.
