Toledo is a city in and the county seat of Lucas County, Ohio, United States. Kids will enjoy Oak Openings Preserve Metropark and Imagination Station. Visiting Toledo Zoo and The 577 Foundation will get you outdoors. Go for a jaunt from Toledo to Napoleon to see Leisure Time Winery about 1 hour away. Next up on the itinerary: admire the masterpieces at Toledo Museum of Art, try to win big at Hollywood Casino Toledo, sample the tasty concoctions at Maumee Bay Brew Pub, and explore and take pictures at Fifth Third Field.

Sandusky positively bustles in the summertime due to its famed amusement park.
Attractions like Kalahari Waterparks and African Safari Wildlife Park make great kid-friendly stops. Marblehead Lighthouse State Park and Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library & Museums will appeal to history buffs. Get out of town with these interesting Sandusky side-trips: Vermilion (Brummer's Chocolates & Main Street Beach) and Put in Bay (Heineman Winery, Put-in-Bay Winery, & more).
