Situated on Sweden's western coastline, Gothenburg attracts visitors with cultural festivals, a lively music scene, and a blend of classical and modern architecture.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Southern Goteborg Archipelago and Museum of Fine Art (Goteborgs Konstmuseum). Change things up with a short trip to Stangehuvud Naturreservat in Lysekil (about 1h 25 min away). An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Step out of the city life by going to Safaris and Ranua Zoo. Next up on the itinerary: find something for the whole family at Santa Claus Village, see Santa Claus Office, get outside with Arctic Lifestyle, and make a trip to Lordi's Square.
