Colorado Springs — 7 nights

Stunning Garden of the Gods Park scenery, blue skies and the glory of Pikes Peak-America’s Mountain have attracted visitors to Colorado Springs for more than a century. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at North Cheyenne Canon Park and Cheyenne Mountain State Park. Take a break from the city and head to Palmer Park and Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Colorado Springs: Cañon City (The Winery at Holy Cross Abbey & Tunnel Drive), Cripple Creek (Bronco Billy's Casino & Wildwood Casino) and Mueller State Park (in Divide). There's still lots to do: get a dose of the wild on Colorado Wolf Adventures, tour the pleasant surroundings at Bear Creek Nature Center, get in on the family fun at North Pole Colorado Santa’s Workshop, and kick back and relax at Memorial Park.
