Seaside is a city in Clatsop County, Oregon, United States. You'll get in some beach time at Cannon Beach and Haystack Rock. Step out of Seaside with an excursion to Manzanita Beach in Manzanita--about 30 minutes away. There's lots more to do: appreciate the history behind Astoria Column, admire the majestic nature at Oswald West State Park, take in the views from Astoria-Megler Bridge, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Hug Point State Recreation Site.

A town that survives on the sea, Newport's population of just over 10,000 supports a healthy commercial fishing industry.Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Devils Punchbowl State Natural Area and Nye Beach.
