Capital of the United States for one year from 1783 to 1784, Annapolis has played a vital role in U.S. history.
Kick off your visit on the 12th (Fri): contemplate the long history of William Paca House & Garden, then contemplate the long history of Maryland State House, and then take a tour by water with Family Fishing Adventures.

One of the country's favorite vacation resorts, Ocean City draws nearly 8 million visitors annually with its oceanfront boardwalk, clean beaches, and amusement parks.
Main Street Berlin and Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Ayers Creek Adventures and Rum Pointe Seaside Golf Links. When in Ocean City, make a side trip to see Salisbury Zoo in Salisbury, approximately Salisbury away. There's much more to do: tee off at Lost Treasure Golf, look for gifts at ish Boutique, admire the majestic nature at Assateague State Park, and walk around Northside Park.
