Rovaniemi — 2 nights

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Get some cultural insight at Arktikum and Santa's House of Snowmobiles. Visiting Safaris and Tatuka Reindeerfarm will get you outdoors. Next up on the itinerary: tour the pleasant surroundings at Napapiirin Porofarmi and fly down the slopes at Ounasvaaran Hiihtokeskus Oy.

Inari — 2 nights

Inari is Finland's largest, most sparsely populated municipality, with four official languages, more than any other in the country. Kick off your visit on the 13th (Thu): get a dose of the wild on a nature and wildlife tour and then pause for some serene contemplation at Pielpajarvi Wilderness Church. On the next day, see the interesting displays at Siida - Sami Museum and Nature Center and then experience rural life at Inari Reindeer Farm.

Traveling by car from Rovaniemi to Inari takes 4 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of bus and flight; or take a bus. Traveling from Rovaniemi in January, Inari is a bit cooler at night with lows of -20°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 14th (Fri) so you can drive to Levi.

Levi — 2 nights

Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Start off your visit on the 15th (Sat): take an exotic tour of Wingrens Dogsafaris and then look for gifts at Jemes Sport. On your second day here, get a dose of the wild on a nature and wildlife tour.
