Surat Thani, Thailand to Ishigaki is an approximately 16.5-hour flight. You can also drive. The time zone changes from Indochina Time (ICT) to Japan Standard Time (JST), which is usually a 2 hour difference. Traveling from Surat Thani in March, expect nights in Ishigaki to be slightly colder, around 21°C, while days are much colder, around 26°C.
