With much of Culebra a nature refuge, the tropical island has been protected from overdevelopment, chain hotels, and the cruise set.
Start off your visit on the 21st (Wed): tour the pleasant surroundings at Playa Punta Soldado Beach, then get a new perspective on things with Boat Tours & Water Sports, and then step off the mainland to explore Culebrita. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: kick back and relax at Flamenco Beach.
