Zlin, Czech Republic to Portorož is an approximately 7.5-hour car ride. You can also drive. Expect a bit warmer temperatures when traveling from Zlin in August; daily highs in Portorož reach 34°C and lows reach 20°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 10th (Wed) so you can go by car to Mozirje.

Traveling by car from Portorož to Mozirje takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive. In August, Mozirje is little chillier than Portorož - with highs of 30°C and lows of 16°C. You'll have a few hours on the 13th (Sat) to wrap things up before traveling home.
