Heber City is a city in Wasatch County, Utah, United States. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Jordanelle State Park and Wasatch Mountain Golf Course. Get out of town with these interesting Heber City side-trips: Kamas (Mirror Lake Scenic Byway & Provo River Falls). There's still lots to do: stroll through Deer Valley Resort, admire the majestic nature at Wasatch Mountain State Park, take in the natural beauty of Homestead Crater Mineral Dome, and take in panoramic vistas at Memorial Hill.

Salt Lake City to Heber City is an approximately 1-hour car ride. You can also do a combination of bus and taxi; or do a combination of tram and taxi. Traveling from Salt Lake City in May, Heber City is slightly colder at night with lows of 36°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 11th (Wed) so you can go by car back home.
