Best known for its 1692 witch trials, Salem has a number of significant historical sites, a bustling downtown, and many witch-themed attractions.
Your cultural itinerary includes sights like The House of the Seven Gables and Salem Food Tours. Popular historic sites such as Salem Maritime National Historic Site and Pickering Wharf are in your itinerary. Step out of Salem with an excursion to Parker River National Wildlife Refuge in Newburyport--about 42 minutes away.
