Kampala enjoys the reputation of a modern city with a buzzing atmosphere--it also serves as a good base point for exploring the surrounding area.
Venture out of the city with trips to Entebbe (Victoria Mall, Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre, & more). Spend the 10th (Sun) spotting exotic species with a safari tour. Spend the 12th (Tue) exploring nature at Kidepo Valley National Park.
