Jacksonville — 4 nights

The River City

The sprawling city of Jacksonville is not only Florida's most populous city, but also the largest city by land area in the continental United States.
Visit St. Augustine Beach and Driftwood Beach for some beach relaxation. Take a break from the city and head to Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary and Jacksonville-Baldwin Rail Trail. Venture out of the city with trips to St. Augustine (Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, Nature & Wildlife Tours, &more) and Jekyll Island (Dolphin & Whale Watching & Horton House). There's lots more to do: meet the residents at Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens, browse the exhibits of The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, test your team's savvy at popular escape rooms, and immerse yourself in nature at Big Talbot Island State Park.

New York City to Jacksonville is an approximately 4-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a bus. In April, Jacksonville is a bit warmer than New York City - with highs of 80°F and lows of 58°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 11th (Tue) early enough to fly back home.
